Zoning plan of the Zone Dunajská 2005

The 2005 amendments to the Zone Dunajská zoning plan, which is an updated version of the Zone Dunajská zoning Plan of 1996, was approved by the Resolution No 254/2007 of the City Council of 22.11.2007. The binding part of the relevant zoning plan of this zone was decreed by the Generally Binding Regulation of Bratislava No. 8/2007 ↗︎ of 22.11.2007.

The basic urban concept of the zone is formed by the main assessing criteria such as location, structure site on the plot or keeping in line with street and construction footprint. It states the width, depth and the height of buildings and their connection to transport and technical infrastructure as well as offers suggestions for the leafy greenery. Urban concept also evaluates architectonic design of the buildings in order to preserve the character of already existing structures within the city spaces such as squares, streets and its impact on city skyline.

In the contrast to the current original zoning plan documents, the up-dates are showing developing areas, potential mid-block building sites, areas of further construction and extensions in more accurate way and under more detailed regulation. These are contained in the text part of zoning plan in the form of regulatory sheets and their projection in the graphical part.
