How to communicate with the City of Bratislava during the state of emergency

In the context of preventive measures against the spread of coronavirus infection and the disease COVID-19 will the City of Bratislava operate in a limited mode. The Citizen Services located on Blagoevova Street in Petržalka (including Cash Desk and Mail Registry) is already opened.

During your visit at Mail registry and Cash desk on Primatial Square you need to follow these measures:

- entry to the premises is limited (max. 2 people at a time)

- entry only with a drape or its suitable replacement

- compulsory hand disinfection

- we recommend you bringing your own pen

However, we recommend that you continue to use telephone and electronically (e-services). as a matter of priority.
