In the case of kindergartens and elementary schools, it is necessary to contact the Local Authority of the city district where the person from Ukraine has his/her accommodation. Then it is necessary to check with the kindergarten or the elementary school in the city district whether they have a vacancy and on the procedure for school attendance.
