Real estate

Following the task of the Mayor of Bratislava regarding the transparency of the local government, the City Hall has prepared for publication a list of real estate owned by the city registered in the land register through deeds of ownership.

The city's real estate, i.e. land and buildings, is recorded in five data files: Bratislava District I, Bratislava District II, Bratislava District III, Bratislava District IV and Bratislava District V. These files do not contain the real estate of the city which is not registered on the deeds of ownership, but this will gradually be added to the files immediately on completion of the proceedings on the renewed registration of land and legal relations to them resulting from Act of the National Council of the Slovak Republic No. 180/1995 Coll., or also once registration of the deeds of registration is performed. As in the case of the land register, the city's real estate is a highly dynamic area subject to constant change.

The last update of the data files was made on 31 December 2021, hence it is possible that the data may not be wholly consistent with the current data as registered at the land registry.
