Internal Regulations
The internal regulations manage and specify the everyday operations of the City Hall and stipulate the procedures for fulfilling the work-related tasks and activities of the employees, i.e., the scope of their authority, competence, and duties. They are used to document legal procedures and the procedures and measurements defined by the City Hall, as well as the process of the establishment and termination of consulting bodies. They also include detailed instructions, rules and work procedures for City Hall processes and activities.
