Access to Information
The city provides information pursuant to the Act on Free Access to Information no. 211/2000 ↗︎.
This service is free of charge if you choose to access the information by telephone, fax, e-mail or electronic box or if the costs for making physical copies do not exceed €10. For more information, see the tariff ↗︎.
Procedure for making information available
- The applicant shall submit the request for information ↗︎ in writing or online.
- The city has eight working days to process the request and make the information available.
- It may also issue a decision not to grant the request - in the event of missing data or the demand of a fee for disclosure of information.
You should know that:
- In exceptional cases, the equipment period may be longer than 8 days, possibly extended.
- The application may also be forwarded to another public authority.
- The application must contain the data stipulated by law (we can ask applicants to complete the data only if they provide us with contact information - ie phone number, e-mail, residence, etc.)
