Public tender
Pursuant to Section 9a (1) (a) of Act no. 138/191 Coll. of the Slovak National Council on municipal property, as amended, the City of Bratislava shall let its property for lease by third parties via the process of public tender. The city will release the documents with terms of the tender, as passed by the City Council, on its webpage not later than fifteen days prior to the deadline for filing the tender applications.
The city will announce the results of the tender and release the protocol on the meeting of the committee members who participated in evaluation of the tender applications twenty days after evaluation of the official tender of the City of Bratislava.

In the case of mail delivery, the date of the stamp on the envelope shall be considered to be the date of filing the application.
