The City of Bratislava hereby announces a tender for the best proposal to conclude a lease agreement for the non-residential space at Biela 6 in Bratislava (cadastral territory of Staré Mesto), via the process of tender, and approves the terms of the tender

The tour of the non-residential space will take place on:

05.08.2022 at 1:00 pm.

Applicants should attend at the entrance to the non-residential space.

Applications may also be filed in person with the Bratislava City Hall at Primaciálne nám. 1, 814 99 Bratislava, in a sealed envelope with the name and address of the applicant, labelled as: “Tender for lease of non-residential space at Biela 6 in Bratislava (cadastral territory of Staré Mesto – DO NOT OPEN” during business hours from 10 June 2022 to 19 August 2022 up to 2 pm or by mail from 10 June 2022 to 19 August 2022, addressed to the City Hall of Bratislava, in an envelope labelled as above. In the case of mail delivery, the date of the stamp on the envelope shall be considered to be the date of filing the application.
