Help Lines
Help and support lines provide free anonymous help if you need to confide in an expert or are experiencing a difficult situation. The lines are available 24/7 or in a specific time window and you can contact them via phone, email, chat, or in person. The help and support lines are operated by non-profit organisations, as well as state and municipal institutions.

Line for missing children (Amber alert)
- Advice line for cases of missing children – runaways from home, parent abductions (in cases where the children are held by a parent or other legal guardian against the will of the other parent), kidnappings (children kidnapped by strangers), missing children.
