Public Procurement
The capital of Slovakia is a public procurer under Section 7 (1) (b) of the Act on Public Procurement. It fulfils all its obligations related to the public announcement of procurement information pursuant to this Act and the principles of transparency.

- The city uses Josephine as the IT system to assign contracts to its contractors. All the released contracts of the city with the respective documentation ↗︎.
- The city also uses the Electronic Contracting System (EKS) to assign contracts. All the contracts assigned by the city and others in EKS ↗︎.
- As EKS is an anonymous system, it is not possible to filter all of the city’s contracts. However, you can access an overview of the past contracts of the city assigned via the system ↗︎.
- The city is obliged to draw up summarising reports on assigning contracts which are not legally required to be announced to all the parties in advance, furnishing to control bodies an oversight of our work. All the summarising reports on the contracts assigned by the city are released on the webpage of the Office for Public Procurement under Section 10 (10) of the Act on Public Procurement. ↗︎
