Current Spatial Planning Documents

Land-use planning documentation is processed on various levels – at national and regional level, as well as the level of the city and its zones. Documents regarding all the levels are available below:

• nation-wide level: Concept of Land-Use Development of Slovakia ↗︎ (procurer: Ministry of Transport and Construction of the Slovak Republic)
• regional level: General Plan of the Self-Governing Region of Bratislava, as amended ↗︎ (procurer: Self-Governing Region of Bratislava)
• level of the city: General Plan of Bratislava, the Capital of the Slovak Republic, for 2007, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the “City Plan of the city”)
• level of the zones: zoning plans, some of which were procured and approved by the city, while others were procured and approved by the individual city districts.
