Amendments 03

Amendment No. 03 is based on changes to PE/49 – the central public transportation system – tram line of Jantárová cesta – Štúrova St., which introduces a new definition of the “central public transportation system” and implements the new tram line of Jantárová cesta – Starý most – Štúrova St. Also, the DE/3 in the area of Kráľova hora was changed in terms of its functional use (from community facilities of city and regional importance (code: 201) and development area to natural environment function – landscape green area (code: 1002) and stabilised area). The third change to the material was corrections of technical mistakes in the General Plan of Bratislava – in terms of missing codes in drawings etc.

Amendment No. 03 to the General Plan of Bratislava, the Capital of the Slovak Republic, was passed by resolution of the City Council of Bratislava No. 1614/2014 dated 25.-26.6.2014. The binding part of Amendment No. 03 to the General Plan of Bratislava, the Capital of the Slovak Republic, was declared by Generally Binding Ordinance of Bratislava, the Capital of the Slovak Republic, No. 5/2014 ↗︎ dated 26.6.2014, entering into force on 15.8.2014.
