Amendments 05

Amendment No. 05 is based on regulation of the route corridor of the D4 highway in the city districts of Bratislava - Jarovce and Bratislava - Rača, which will be used as the zero bypass of the city. In connection with the D4 highway, the amendment also introduced the route of the R7 expressway in the area of overpasses of Bratislava Prievoz – Bratislava Ketelec, which is defined as a feeder road of the B1 functional class in the general plan.

Based on the route of both roads, the amendment also deals with changes to their functional use, including the local transport and technical infrastructure and spatial arrangement of the territory of the City of Bratislava based on the change of the original corridor and the need to define protection and isolation areas of the roads.

Amendment No. 05 to the General Plan of Bratislava, the Capital of the Slovak Republic, was passed by resolution of the City Council of Bratislava No. 1785/2014 dated 23.10.2014. The binding part of Amendment No. 05 to the General Plan of Bratislava, the Capital of the Slovak Republic, was declared by Generally Binding Ordinance of Bratislava, the Capital of the Slovak Republic, No. 10/2014 ↗︎ dated 23.10.2014, entering into force on 10.11.2014.
