Amendments 06

Amendment No. 06 is based in updating the city land-use planning documentation in terms of valid legal regulations, in particular, in the areas of the protection of nature, preservation of monuments, and transport and technical capacity, focusing on valid hygiene zones, protection areas and natural preservation territories.

Amendment No. 06 to the General Plan of Bratislava, the Capital of the Slovak Republic, was passed by resolution of the City Council of Bratislava No. 581/2020 dated 24.9.2020. The binding part of Amendment No. 06 to the General Plan of Bratislava, the Capital of the Slovak Republic, was declared by Generally Binding Ordinance of Bratislava, the Capital of the Slovak Republic, No. 7/2020 ↗︎ dated 24.9.2020, entering into force on 1.11.2020.
