Dear research public,
from September 5, 2022, the office hours of the Bratislava City Archives research office will be adjusted:
Monday: 9:00 – 16:30 Tuesday: closed Wednesday: 9:00 – 16:00 Thursday: 9:00 – 16:00 Friday: closed
There is a hygiene break between 11:00 and 12:00.
Study conditions in the research center of the Archives of the City of Bratislava
- every researcher is obliged to make an appointment for the study in advance,
- via e-mail [email protected] the researcher submits a request to submit archival documents for study,
- in the written request, in addition to the exact identification of archival documents, include a telephone contact,
- when identifying archival documents for study, you can use archive aids ↗︎ for archival funds and collections available online,
- a specific date for the study will be assigned by the Archive after mutual agreement with the researcher,
- if you need to change or cancel the assigned date, please contact us at the number [+421 2 59 356 815] (tel: +421259356815) during the operating hours of the research center.

City Archive is located in Petržalka district on Marková ulica 1. It is a former nursery building, situated among the panel houses and it is a part of the housing estate.
The main reference landmarks: Petržalka Bowling Centre, Petržalka Swimming Pool or Tatra Banka branch on Tupolevova Street.
